On 3rd May, 2026, E-Chance International LBG, a Ministry Partner for Operation Christmas Child in the Adenta Region, hosted an outreach at Madina Fruit Market (Bɔhyɛkrom) for Kayayei aged 10-14 years.
Through fellowship and Operation Christmas Child gift boxes, we aimed to show God’s love in a tangible way. The joy in the market was unforgettable as many of the girls received their first gift.
